The touchscreen responds very well and menu navigation is simple and intuitive. The print quality is impressive: the texts are sharp, the QR codes perfectly readable, and the ink dries quickly without smudging. It arrived perfectly, i was a bit worried for damages during shipment but the box is sturdy and has an outer box and also a foam layer, so the printer is well secured. Please calibrate your screen first otherwise the touchscreen won't work correctly. The printing quality is good at least on cardboard i'd have to test on plastics, also has a lot of customization.

Working really well , menu is pretty easy to use, touchscreen works also really good too.

Excellent condition But arabic language bed

The printer ejects ink stains. It cannot print on full bags because it does not print straight. On plastic bags, the ink takes longer to dry.

I received the order with a loose piece, I don't know if it's normal for one of the sliding rollers to be loose, but the fact is that it came disconnected from the printer body. In the photos, I show the loose piece and request the seller to confirm whether it's normal for this piece to come loose or not.

It arrived in good condition in terms of packaging and appearance, but there was a problem with the touch screen that was not working properly. I requested a refund and a replacement, which was a smooth process, but I lost a lot of time in the process.
